All rooms include a private bathroom, TV, stand up mini fridge, microwave, seating area, and a dresser for clothing. There is an application process for our Winter rentals. There is a non refundable $25 application fee per applicant that is 18+. First weeks rent, along with a $500 Security Deposit due upon move in after application approval.
