I love sitting on the back balcony patio and enjoying the quiet surroundings!! The balcony feels like another room for most of the year. Safe neighborhood (2nd floor makes me feel safer too), & great neighbors. Lots of sidewalks in this part of town, and still close enough to everything. The condo itself is easy to maintain, and plenty of space for the two of us given all the storage. And in winter: a warm wood fire. We've lived here 18+ years, so clearly we're happy here!
