I am 54 yo and my roommate is 66, both of us are very hard workers, responsible, professionals, friendly, and last but not least, we are very respectful. The house is composed of: 2 living rooms, a kitchen, a laundry room, a dining room, a basement, a gym, and an outdoor wood hot tub,1 bedroom on the first floor. On the 2nd floor: 1 half bath (all yours), and 2 bedrooms. The room for rent is on the 2nd floor. I have an adorable car that you are going to fall in love with. This is a gay friendly home.
