It is a 1 bedroom apartment, complete with 1- bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and living room,. The rent is only $925 per month, and the apartment will be ready around January the 10th. PLEASE DO NOT ASK TO SEE THE APARTMENT BEFORE JAN. 3rd! It won't be ready. We will only show the apartment, everyday between Friday January 3rd, and Friday, January 10th, between 12 noon and 1pm. We are looking for someone who would like to move in around that time, or no later than January 31. We are looking for someone who has a good and steady job, and who has had the job for at least one year. We are looking for someone who is single, or someone with a child, or perhaps a couple.
