With this apartment the location is great with an easy walk down to the old port to bars and restaurants such as Ri Ra, Fore Street Restaurant, Friendly Toast, Porthole and DiMillo's floating restaurant or you can walk up to the East End Park or Beach you can also see the Portland fireworks every Fourth of July there. I repainted the whole apartment. Also updated the kitchen cabinets. Heat and Hot Water are included in the rent. Electricity is not included . Cats are allowed with a $100 pet deposit per cat. There is no parking with the apartment but there is plenty of on street parking. There is no washer dryer hook up in this apartment.
