1. Application package - standard applications with credit reports (for each tenant). 2. Signed Broker fee disclosure. 3. Proof of income, such as two most recent pay stubs. 4. Copy of photo ID 5. Earnest money deposit equal to 1 month's rent. If denied your funds are promptly returned to you. These funds are held in an escrow account and we do not distribute and funds to landlords without a signed lease. We will not review applications without an earnest money deposit.
