This sabbatical home is located at the end of a quite, private circle in Ann Arbor Hills, an upscale, wooded neighborhood with large custom homes on spacious lots. Walking times: 25 minutes to downtown; 10 minutes to the U-M arboretum (cross-country skiing possible!) that borders the University of Michigan; 15 minutes to Huron River trail and Gallup Park (kayaking!); bus stop in front of circle. Available for explorations are: 4 bicycles, 3 electric bicycles, 4 kayaks. Outdoor trampoline for the kids. Indoor: treat mill, fitness bike, weigh bench with bar, table tennis table. Available from January 1 to May 31, 2027 (or into June, if needed). Minimum stay 4 months. Owner pays for utilities. No smoking in the house. No cats (allergy). No excessive partying. Renter is responsible for cleaning. Company removes snow in circle but not in driveway.
