Best and highest offer due by Wed, March 10, at 7 pm. 5 BR home, one bedroom on the main floor turned into an office. Partially finished basement and freshly refinished deck. The roof was replaced in 2016. Powder and mud room were remodeled in 2007, kid’s bathroom in 2008, kitchen in 2009 (Thomasville cherry cabinets), master bath in Jan 2018. The Brazilian teak floors were installed as soon as we moved into the house in 2006. I thought the furnace was the original one. I just found the listing from when we bought the house in 2006. The furnace was replaced in 2003. Still working very well, maintains a comfortable temperature in the entire house at 69F. The whole house humidifier probably has a role in it. AC was replaced in 2010. The water heater is 15 years old, no signs of losing efficiency yet. A word on the mask: if you do not feel comfortable leaving your mask home when coming to see this house, then it’s probably not for you. I do not welcome anyone wearing a mask in my home. Please don’t take it personally. I prefer seeing people’s faces when I talk to someone. I can send you 42 studies on masks that show that they do not prevent infection, if anything, they contribute to spreading it. You want proof? Look at the states that have mask mandates versus those that don’t. If you still feel the need to wear a mask, know that I won't be wearing one.
