Bunk beds with new mattresses in the 2 other rooms. Community has pools, skatepark, tennis courts walking trails. Double garage, washer and dryer, pets allowed, trampoline, hammocks in the loft. 15 minutes from some of the best beaches - Laguna Beach, Dana Point, San Clemente. Schools are all 9's and walking distance for kids. 35 minutes from Disneyland. I am pretty flexible on the terms. I would like at least 3 months, more would be better.
