Two bedroom, one bath cottage on a small dead end street. There's a large private yard which a fenced in garden and many fruit trees. There is a fenced in dog yard with access from the house. We're 5 minutes from downtown GB. This is a 1 year lease with option to renew or extend. The house can be left partially furnished with a king sized bed upstairs. The living room is heated with a gas "wood stove" which is very cozy in the colder months. In the warmer months there's a great outdoor sitting area with a fire pit.The bathroom is small and only has a shower, no tub. Utilities are not included (except water and sewer). Propane tanks will be left full and they will need to be left full when you move out. Pets are allowed.
