The Madison River is just a mile from the home. The rural, and private location is wonderful for wildlife viewing. From the back deck of the home you have incredible views of the Madison Range. It's truly a magical spot! GENERAL LOCATION: This home is located just one mile from Varney Bridge in the Madison Valley, between the towns of Ennis and West Yellowstone, Montana. It is approximately 10 miles from Ennis, and 50 miles from West Yellowstone. BEDROOMS AND BATHS: The Boat Shed has four bedrooms, and three and a half bathrooms. There is a main floor master with a queen size bed and en suite bathroom featuring a slate enclosed walk-in double shower. There is also a flat screen TV and a door to the front deck. The second suite has a queen bed with a shower bath, a door to the back deck and is located on the main floor. The downstairs level of the home has two additional bedrooms. One bedroom has two twins beds and the other has a queen size bed. Both of these bedrooms are quite large and they share a large bathroom with a shower and a vanity with two sinks. The home has a half bath off the front entry. KITCHEN / DINING: The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities and serving ware a cook would need. It has beautiful oak counter tops and is open to the dining room and living area. There is an gas range and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. There is a dining area which will seat up to eight. The breakfast bar seats four. There is a gas grill on the back deck and a picnic table for dining under the stars. LIVING ROOM: The comfortable living room has plenty of seating for gathering to talk over the day's adventures. It's a great place to read a book or take an afternoon nap. There are large windows framing the majestic Madison Range and a beautiful moss rock fireplace. There is also a large flat screen TV with satellite service. Downstairs is a second living area also with ample comfortable seating allowing your group plenty of room to spread out and enjoy a movie on the 75" TV. OUTDOOR AMENITIES: The home has a large deck overlooking the valley where you can relax and take in the views, or cook up dinner on the gas barbecue grill. There is also a horse shoe pit! The property is just over 2 acres with seasonal water running through the property. You are likely to see deer, antelope, golden eagles, bald eagles, and other waterfowl on or around the property. Available as a monthly vacation rental. A one-time combined cleaning and damage protection fee of $425 will be assessed.
