To the right is a living room and to the left is a room that can be used as a bedroom, dining room or a study/den. Off the kitchen is a full bathroom with a low profile shower. Climbing up the stairs takes you to bedrooms. All 3 rooms have hardwood floors. 2 are regular sized and one is a smaller one, which can work for a younger child or to use as a yoga room, or home office. Flexible Lease terms as long as Tenant give sufficient notice. VERY close to the newly renovated Foss park and assembly row. If you have a pet, please be prepared to pay $100 extra. We require the Tenants to pay for all utilities including water bill which comes every 3 months. Solar panels means a lesser bill (about 5500-6200 KWH is created by the panels over the year) anything excess especially during the summer is borne by the tenants.
