Available is a 2 bedroom 1 bath cozy house. There are furnishings but you can choose to have us move them. This is a seasonal rental, however, we can be flexible with dates if need be. The home is in a quiet and clean neighborhood. Requirements are very simple, we like to be provided with good housing history and credit is not a factor. At the moment we have it available for immediately but again, we can be flexible. We will be requiring first and last months rent to move in. Heat can be included for an increased rent price. Sorry, no pets.
