Additionally, it is right next door is the Park City Municipal Area Recreational Center (PCMARC), that offers a fully equipped gym, indoor tennis facilities, a track, a pool and more. The Park City MARC is also a main theater for the world-renowned Sundance Film Festival. Additionally, and perhaps most importantly, Park City Mountain Resort is less than two miles away! The moment you enter the home you are greeted with a wide open floor plan. The stunning, and newly remodeled kitchen will sure impress the chef's of the family. Just past that warming reception you'll enter the main living area, offering a large, flat screen TV, with cable, a gas burning fireplace, and a large comfortable sofa made for kicking back after a long day playing on the mountains. Just off the living room is a patio made for summer activities. Enjoy grilling on the provided BBQ, or just cuddle up in one of the chairs and read your favorite book! From there, we go upstairs to the bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king sized bed, and a patio perfect for morning coffee. The guest bedroom features a queen sized bed. Shared between the two is a lovely remodeled bathroom, perfect for a quick shower before heading into town, or a long bath to soak those sore muscles. Then, on to the loft! NOTE: You must walk through the guest bedroom to get to the loft area. Like a second living room, the loft area is designed to give you a little space from your fellow travelers. Kick back and enjoy a good show. Or, if you must work on vacation (boo!), you can set up shop at the desk up there. Another full bathroom can be found in the loft area...no shortage of places to get ready here. Come and enjoy everything Park City has to offer while staying here. The neighborhood of Park Meadows is known for its peace and quiet, and for its sprawling golf course. One of the most beautiful neighborhoods in all of Park City, the area offers expansive and dramatic views of the ski resorts. It is also known for being easily navigable, and near all of the attractions this charming ski-town has to offer. Park City has a free shuttle bus that will take you all over! Fortunately for you, RC6 is located right on that bus route. However, if you chose to bring a car, there is plenty of outdoor parking in front of the condo. Uber/Lyft are always easy to get here as well! All utilities included. Must complete $40 background/credit check. $4200 First month's rent + $4200 security deposit + $1000 Pet Deposit are due up front. The cleaning fee will come out of your security deposit, the price will vary depending on your length of stay. $300 of the Pet Deposit is non-refundable.
