The apartment and the entire building are quiet and the company who manages the building is responsive for anything you will need. They have an office open every day 2 blocks away from the apartment. Starbucks, CVS, liquor store, and supermarket are in front of the apt and there is a Trade Joe's three blocks away, bar and restaurants are all located in Washington St. Laundry is in the basement. The kitchen includes a microwave, gas stove, and oven, there are also 3 full-size closets and hardwood floors throughout. The apartment can come unfurnished or furnished (I can leave everything you need inside for free). The price a month is $ 1930 plus a $ 1930 deposit. Credit history will be run to ensure the tenant qualify for the apartment. No fees The move-in date is flexible from January 1st to January 31st.
