We are planning on renting our home out from March 7th - July 24th, 2018. The home will be fully furnished. We are looking for a responsible family to call our house "home" for a few months. This could be ideal for someone who is about to begin renovation on their own home or for someone interested in relocating to Marin. Our house is approx. 2100 square feet and has 3bd/2ba. It is located in the coveted Larkspur Marina (AKA "Riviera Circle", across the street from Redwood High School). We live on the lagoon, which means you and your family could enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, and nature watching all spring and summer long! (Our toys would be available to you to use!) We currently have a removable pool fence running along the lagoon bulkhead, however you can decide whether to keep the fence up or take it down based on your family needs. Amenities include: - a large hot tub - outdoor shower - a beautiful fire pit - spectacular view of Mt. Tam from the newly landscaped back yard - indoor monkey bars - outdoor basketball hoop and tether ball - large back yard to play in - Peleton Bike Our home is very kid friendly. We have wonderful neighbors. We are a very easy walking/biking commute to Neil Cummins Elementary School, Hall Middle School and Redwood High School. Additionally, we are a short and beautiful walk to downtown Larkspur via the bike paths and a short bike ride to the ferry. Pets would be considered, however no indoor smoking.
