This house is located by the 60 and the 71 freeway. It is a 5 minute walk distance to Walmart. Target and a 24 hour grocery store: Winco are also located nearby. There are also restaurants nearby like IHOP, Grand buffet, El Pollo Loco, Subway, Starbucks, Sonic drive in and McDonald's. It is a 2 minute drive to Decker elementary school and the Phillips Ranch Park. It is a 10 minute drive to Cal Poly or a 30 min bus ride.
