The Spencer lofts are 100 residential lofts that were converted in 2004 from the Everlastik Shoe factory most notably known for the Buster Browns Brand that made here. The lofts are home to the Spencer Lofts Art Gallery, which is part of the Annual Chelsea Art Walk on June 15th and 16th from 12:00 -6:00. I am proud to be a Sponsor of the event for the local Artists. The lofts have period architectural details such as high ceilings, solid oak beams, exposed brick walls and more. There are two malls in Chelsea now, lots of great restaurants and Chelsea is close to Boston. Route 16, 99, the Ted Williams Tunnel and The Tobin Bridge are all accessible. The largest Market Basket, Starbucks and several Dunkin Donuts shops are here. The Newbridge Café, The Brown Jug and Fusion Foods are three of my favorite restaurants here. 60 Dudley # 18 is a corner loft that has 940 Square feet of Gross Living Area, has polished concrete floors, central a/c, deeded parking, lots of windows, stainless steel appliances and a patio. I am a resident of Spencer Lofts and I have lived here for 4 years and I love it.
