The area is phenomenal- situated in the East Village walking distance to Gramercy Park, Lower East Side, Soho, NYU are all within walking distance. F, J, M,Z train are minutes away. 6 is 8 minutes away. There is a WHOLE FOODS and a 1 year old YMCA with an Olympic sized swimming pool 5 minutes away. A post office is close, The 6 is 10 minutes away. The apt is currently occupied. The landlord requires that I either meet or talk with potential visitors to discuss details of the apt, showing times, move in dates, pets etc before bothering the tenants. Have a wonderful day.
