We can decide what furniture to get for the communal areas together. The owner pays for all utilities except for electricity, which runs about $50 a month which we will split. This unit doesn't come with parking but the building has open spaces you can rent. The lease is until 9/10/2025. Looking for someone to sublease here for 1 month. No pets are allowed, and no smoking is allowed in the unit per owner policies.
