Our property goes through Cosign for bonds. We do not collect security deposits. We accept renters with evictions and/or bad credit scores. We just need to verify your income, and the requirements are 3x's the monthly rent in income, 30 days proof of income is required. Renter pays water/sewer, electric, and internet. Renter pays in addition to rent $10 trash and $5 pest control.
