There is a golf course / driving range within a 10 minute drive, and it's easy to walk along the water. There is no usable yard as the property is on a hill, which creates the views. This is the perfect spot for anyone looking to enjoy a period of time living in Marin County. Owner pays home insurance and property taxes, along with any structural maintenance. All other costs are for renter's account (e.g., gas, electric, water, internet, cable, security, and any other utilities). No modifications to the structure will be permitted without the written consent of the landlord. No smoking inside will be permitted, and no indoor hydroponic activities will be permitted. Relatively flexible on lease terms. Preference is for 6 months but are open to longer durations conditional on there being an express provision in the lease permitting sale at any time after six months into the lease upon 60 days prior written notice to the tenant. Only maintenance responsibilities of tenant would be to keep the balconies / stairs swept and clean, to keep the garage swept and clean, and to water the plants on the property as reasonably necessary.
