We have lived here for 3.5 years but have to move due to a work relocation. The landlord is awesome and very understanding, and the location is unbeatable. Easy bike ride downtown, and a 3 minute walk to Table Mesa Park-n-Ride (RTD bus station) if you need to get to Denver, the Airport, or downtown Boulder. This is a top floor condo with lofted ceilings, and great views of the flatirons. Plenty of storage in closets within the apartment, as well as a closet outside on the patio. Wood burning fireplace and new stainless steel appliances. Pool is a 30 second walk away, and the hot tub is open year round. Very close to the boulder's openspace which offers great trail running and biking on paved/dirt paths. Tenant responsible for gas/electric and cable/internet (if desired).
