We are able to lease anytime in February, and will prorate your February rent amount depending on when you move in. Perfect if you are moving into the area and need to get a feel for Boulder. We have lived here for 3.5 years but have to move due to a work relocation. The landlord is awesome and very understanding, and the location is unbeatable. Easy bike ride downtown, and a 3 minute walk to Table Mesa Park-n-Ride (RTD bus station) if you need to get to Denver, the Airport, or downtown Boulder. This is a top floor condo with lofted ceilings, and great views of the flatirons. Plenty of storage in closets within the apartment, as well as a closet outside on the patio. Wood burning fireplace and new stainless steel appliances. Pool is a 30 second walk away, and the hot tub is open year round. Very close to the boulder's openspace which offers great trail running and biking on paved/dirt paths. Tenant responsible for gas/electric and cable/internet (if desired). Credit check required in application process.
