So many things right here such as a 24 hour gym, basketball courts, pool and hot tub, and a rooftop area with another hot tub and grills to use both on the roof and by the pool. Not to mention the fire pit you can easily use to roast hot dogs! They also have large gathering rooms that you can use for family get-togethers and you can reserve the entire roof or pool area for family parties, etc. Media package includes all internet, dish, and phone service in one! Did I mention valet garbage/recycle detail? Leave your garbage out your door in the evening and they come and gather it for you! No need to take it out everyday.Great deal!
