Our beloved home includes a primary bedroom on the main floor (only one step up from the driveway to back porch that leads to main level) along with 2 full bathrooms and open plan kitchen/living room with large front deck. Upstairs (please see pictures of architectural stairs) a room with two twin beds leads into a room with a queen bed and sitting area overlooking the Hood Canal. Dry cabin off the back deck contains a full sized bed but is not well insulated for the coldest winter temperatures. Garage space will not be accessible for renters storage. Brinnon is remote except for all the outdoor activities steps from your front door! Renters are responsible for power bill (varies monthly). Internet, trash & water are included. Internet, water & trash services are included. Tenant is responsible for power bill. No smoking allowed. Flexible on pet policy. 30-day rental periods Nov-Mar. Potential ability to extend longer. First month's rent + security deposit required upon signing. Next month's rent is due 10 days before the start of the next rental period. Plenty of off street parking available.
