My roommate and I are moving down to the WV and need to sublease our 2bd/1ba apartment from now through August 1st, 2017. The bottom floor restaurant, Rue 57, is a local favorite, not to mention the dozens of other famous joints within a few blocks. Columbus Circle (10 minute walk away) is the center of it all. Getting Around There are several bus and metro stops right in the vicinity. The F, which takes you downtown and from which you can easily transfer to go West or East is located DOWNSTAIRS. The 6 is a few avenues away, and the 1 is about 10 minutes walking at Columbus Circle. Also, a highly trafficked intersection, so it's always super easy to hail a cab. (But our apartment is facing away from the street, so you don't get the city noise).
