Shared Spaces Our home includes a spacious, fully equipped kitchen that's perfect for cooking and sharing meals. There's a cozy living room and a separate dining room where you can unwind, socialize, or get some work done in comfort. With two bathrooms, there's plenty of space and flexibility for everyone's routines. Each bedroom comes with its own walk-in closet great for keeping your things organized and out of sight. We value a clean and respectful environment and hope to find someone who feels the same! Lease Terms - Monthly Rent: $600 per person, due by the 1st of each month - Security Deposit: $200, refundable upon move-out, assuming no damage or outstanding costs.- Pets: One well-behaved dog already lives here , and cats are welcome. Sorry, no additional dogs. - Smoking/420 Policy: 420-friendly , but smoking indoors should be kept to a minimum or done in designated areas open to chatting about what works best. - Guests: Occasional overnight guests are okay just ask for a heads-up and respect for shared spaces. - Cleanliness: Everyone pitches in to keep common areas clean and clutter-free. - Vibe Check: Respect, good communication, and shared chill energy are non-negotiables
