Wooden Eagle subdivision has two playgrounds, a private community Facebook page, Food Trucks that come to the subdivision, and is just a 15-20 minute commute to Robins AFB. An application is required for background check. A Lease Agreement will be provided if application is approved. Rent period is for one year and then can be month to month or renewed for another year if continued. Renter is responsible for all utilities and lawn care. No pets or smoking is allowed. Renter is required to maintain renters insurance. Renter is responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear. Landlord holds property insurance for structure only and covers termite bond. Landlord will maintain equipment, structure, appliances, etc., if of no fault of renter. Lease agreement has more requirements and will be provided for review prior to two-party acceptance of terms.
