The condo is located in a very quiet community. It has 2 porches, 1 of the porches offer a stunning view of the San Bruno Mountains. The community has a spa with Jacuzzi (free), club house (for rental) & there is a public tennis court in a walking distance. I am looking for Female roommate for this guest room across from the guest Full bathroom with shower and tub, and the bathroom will be sharing with another female. I have my own bathroom in the master room, so I won't be sharing the guest bathroom. (I have another slightly larger room for rent and that room comes with an assigned parking spot as well for $1,350 a month) You'll have full privileges to the living room, kitchen and laundry room (washer & dryer). To be fair, I have also assigned all available shelf space & drawers storage among the 2 guest room tenants in the kitchen, guest bathroom & the storage closet to ensure each has more or less equal amount of storage space. The room is unfurnished & all the common area will be all furnished by my furniture. The unit already has microwave, convention oven, air fryer toaster oven, dish washer etc. The 4 door French door stainless steel fridge will provide for filtered water. The condo is located very close to Hwy 101 (5-10 mins), it's also very easy access to Hwy 280. It's approximately 10 mins away from SFO Airport, major biotech companies, Genetech, Oyster Point, SAP, Walmart, Bayshore Drive, Cow Palace etc. Very easy commute to San Francisco, South SF, Daly City, Millbrae, Pacifica & San Bruno etc. Close to public transportation, free shuttle offered by City Of Brisbane to Bart and Cal-train. Samtrans stations are close by. Rent for this room is $1,225 a month. (Single Occupancy Only). Utilities plus other shared cost: $225 a month which INCLUDES ALL of the followings: 1. Extended Cable channels TV in the living room including a DVR for 2 roommates to share, so each can record your own shows. 2. High Speed Internet 3. Water 4. Trash & Re-cycle 4.
