Location: The location is less than 5 minutes away from Highway 36 and I-25. Sherrelwood Park, Perl Mack library and King Soopers are a short drive away. Las Delicias restaurant is just a few blocks from us, along with a few other local eateries and mini marts. Downtown in 10 minutes. Boulder and DIA in 30 minutes. The neighborhood is on a hill and you get some great views of the mountains and downtown from the deck or if you're taking a walk around the block. Room Details: The room will be furnished with a queen-sized bed frame, nightstand, and dresser. The room has a spacious closet and a south facing window that brings in lots of light. The attic above the room recently had an insulation upgrade done and the space will be cozy this winter. Share Details: Our home is 2300 square foot bi-level home, and the upper area will be your shared area. The upper home has its own kitchen, washer/dryer, living room and bathroom, which you'll share with only one person. All the shared spaces are furnished. The lower area is not shared with the folks in the upper area. The outside area is for everyone, including the newly built deck in the backyard, which has a grill for use in the warmer seasons. The backyard is massive and is currently hardscaped with crushed cement and chip rock. A turf area will be installed in the coming months. There is plenty of parking, with 3 driveway spots and street parking. Everyone in the home is in their 20s/30s. Some work from home, others don't. Everyone is friendly and on the chill side. Occasionally everyone will hang out for a movie or game. Not really the party types, and not really looking for that type either. Rental Terms: Sorry, no pets. Non-smoking inside (outside is ok). A background/credit check ($45 fee) and refundable deposit equal to the first month's rent will be required up front. We can pro-rate your first month is needed. Utilities will be $100 a month.
