FURNISHED room opening up in our 3 bedroom, owner occupied home. I am an artist/musician/small business owner who spends a lot of time at the house, the other housemate is a theoretical math student who is at school most of the day. Garbonzo is an aloof cat who does not play well with other pets. We are looking for a kind, conscientious housemate to join our home. We value someone who cleans up after themselves and works outside the house. We are open to a long term (1 year) lease agreement or shorter term (3 months) depending upon who moves in. Last Months Rent ($650) + $300 security deposit to move in. Rent is $650/month (due on the 1st) plus 1/3 of utilities (usually around $100/$150 each). Rent is due on the 1st of each month and I calculate our utilities around the 15th.
