This listing was removed beause of Scam/Fraud: "I just wanted to inform you the reason I am canceling this listing is because of the huge amount of spam phone calls I received and the aggressively intrusive people who showed up at our property unannounced, no call, no email, and who also tried to enter the property when we refused to answer the door. Luckily, we had the door locked. We know they used this listing because its the only one we had created and they left a handwritten note claiming to be a "cash buyer" but they needed to talk to us right away because they were supposedly leaving town that night. We didn't even have a For Sale sign out front yet. Our listing had only been up for 3 or 4 days. These people, two middle aged men, walked all over our property for 45 minutes, looked in all the windows, and beat on the doors and windows several times. They only left when it started getting dark. Now, we have a constitutional right to refuse to answer our door for anyone, especially strangers we weren't expecting. This incident made us realize your website is not safe and exposes us to predators. Anyone listing on here should be aware of things like this happening. Sincerely, The Property Owner"
