Eastern Hills is an interesting area at the top of the valley on the East side of Dayton. Some areas are semi-rough, but there are many little "pocket" neighborhoods that have very charming houses with neat green spaces that serve as excellent places for your kids to play or to walk the dog. The several square blocks around my house are quiet but busy with lots of folks walking or doing yard work and kids playing. Just had complete tear off roof and had roof resheeted with 7/16 o s b and new shingels this home is like new now work done on 1/30/2020 pluss 2019 kitchem harwood floors refarnished like New
