This is a two bedroom 1 bathroom townhouse. We still have to do some work to the ceiling in the living room so it would not be ready until October 1st. It is super spacious with decent sized bedrooms. It is baseboard heating and tenants would provide their own window a/c units. It has a parking lot right in front of the row of townhouses for easy access. There are no utilities included. We do include washer dryer hookups. We allow two animals per unit, if your animal is over 40 pounds we require a temperament letter. There is no smoking.
