This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with a 2 car garage and privacy fence. This was our home for 4 years when we first moved to NLR. My mother has been living here since we moved and is now relocating. The home has been greatly cared for and and has new features such as a roof in 2017, gas logs, privacy fence, carpet, and laminate floors. The refrigerator is included as well as a washer and dryer. The washer is a year old but the dryer is a bit older. Use of these appliances is included or you can bring your own. If either of them malfunction, or cease to function during the lease, we are not responsible for repair or replacement. We expect the house to be taken care of and we will be managing the yard work (mowing, raking, cleaning gutters) as part of the rental agreement with no extra expense to the renter. Added bonus, right!? Background checks are required on all tenants and we will have access to inspect the home with 24 hours notice. We reserve the right to reject any prospective tenant.
