The unit has great central heating and air conditioning, and is cable ready. The unit includes a free, covered, reserved parking space right outside the front door. The clubhouse is only a few steps away, where there is a free gym for residents, a package room, and a swimming pool. I have only had good experiences with both maintenance and the front office staff, they have always been very kind, respectful, and trustworthy whenever I needed their help.
