Included in the lease are water, good wifi, and trash. Electricity and gas amount to about $100 or less per month for the whole apartment. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on Kelton Avenue about a 10 minute walk from UCLA campus and 20 minute walk from Trader Joe's and Target. A sofa, coffee table, TV, dining table, dining chairs, beds and mattresses are included with the lease (we will also leave plates, coffee cups, pots, pans, and utensils for you to use if you would like them). The washer and dryer is shared with other apartments in the complex. There are two rooms with two beds each, ample closet space, wood floors, and lots of natural light. The living and dining room also have large windows, more storage, and plenty of space for extra study desks etc. Right off of the kitchen is a little veranda where we like to sit in the morning and soak up the sun
