Bike storage available. Small dog or cat allowed. 500 dollar move in fee paid to the building. Background check required. Credit score of 700+ required. Want to fill this unit ASAP. Lease is up June 1st with opportunity for extension. There is a black leather loveseat on the balcony provided by the owner that will stay after I leave. Will pro-rate rent. You will only be responsible for electric through Comed which is about 21-23 dollars/month, bringing your net expenses for the unit to approximately 1958/month. 500 dollar move-in fee paid to the building.
