The building has great amenities, including a newly renovated fitness center, tennis courts, indoor pool, cyber cafe, sundeck, and newly renovated party space. There is also a dry cleaners located on the first floor. As far as leasing options, there are two: 1) we can transfer our lease, which ends July 6, 2018, to you, at which point you can decide whether or not to renew with the building, or 2) you can sign a new lease agreement with the building when you move in. We are happy to answer any questions. Water is included in the rent. Gas and Electric are paid separately. The building has a deal with RCN where you pay $45.00 a month for cable/internet along with your rent (the monthly price above includes the $45.00 cable/internet charge).
