I recently signed a lease on a 2 bdrm 1 bathroom duplex in the Cleveland-Holloway neighborhood and am looking for a roommate starting either Sept 15th or Oct 1st. The rent is $525/month. The duplex is 950 square feet and has been recently renovated and features hardwood floors and tile throughout, granite counter tops, full size washer/dryer in unit, and central heat/AC. There is a small yard in the front which I intend to at least partially use for a garden. It is walking distance to downtown, Motorco, Geer St, the farmer's market, and the dog park. Dogs will be considered, but must be well-behaved, friendly with other dogs and people, and preferably not high energy. Unfortunately no cats due to my allergies. The apt should be mostly furnished except for your bedroom. About me: I am a working professional in my mid 30s, friendly, clean, respectful, social, and I have a good sense of humor.
