    Cute ranchet located just on the edge of Caney . House needs work but nice location on the east side of HWY 75 . Outside of city limits but has city sewer and city water. Nice size two car garage and lots of room for a garden. Main floor has living room, kitchen bathroom, laundry and one bedroom. 2 floor has two attic bedrooms with no closets. Large kitchen and laundry room. The old Chambers cookstove will stay. The owners are selling AS IS. The water stains on the roof are current and older. The flat roof over the laundry kitchen they had the most trouble with leaking. The hot water to the washer does not work it has a leak and has been disconnected. The tub has not been used for years and water to it has a leak also.
