It is ground level entry but is on the second floor. 1bedroom 1bath just over 900sqft with 100 sqft deck, just built in Jan 2015. Washer and Dryer is in each unit as well. There is a Dog park, Dog wash (very very pet friendly, and i have already paid the pet fee for one dog), car wash, pool, gym, and fully gated property My rent is about $1,098.00 each month with the dog rent included in that price if you would want a garage it would be extra each month. I have 6months left on my lease, so you would be paying a less amount then a normal short lease amount , due to it was originally a long term lease. I am wanting to move, and buy a house to remodel which is the only reason I want to leave, other wise this is the perfect place. The apartment management is very nice, and knows everyone by name- along with your animals. Management also has several things they offer for neighbors to get to know each other, exp. there is a pool party/ grill out coming up- because there is a community grill and patio next to the pool and club house. To be able to sublease you will have to make at least 2.5 times the amount of rent a month, and they do credit and rent background checks. I am willing to pay the first full months rent for you. Tenant must pay for electric- everything is electric. Trash and sewer and so forth is in rent. Tenant must make 2.5 times the amount of rent per month, and pass credit and rental background check.
