Takeout is also available. Centrally located yet secluded on lush, private grounds, Park Shore Resort is the ideal Naples vacation spot for relaxation and comfort. The resort is walkable to local shopping, dining, and multiple grocery stores, and is about a 12-minute drive (4.4 miles) to downtown Naples. Horizon Way (1.8 miles) and Seagate/North Gulfshore Beach (2.0 miles) are the closest beach accesses. Venetian Village (1.2 miles) offers waterside shopping and dining, while Waterside Shops (0.9 miles) is a luxury shopping mall nearby. Enjoy nightlife or a movie at The Mercato (3.9 miles) or the Pavilion (3.7 miles). There is a maximum of four guests allowed per reservation, and occupancy is strictly enforced. The community is undergoing a window replacement project from May 15th to August 15th, 2025, which may cause some construction noise and dust. Each unit will take two days to complete and will not be available for booking during the replacement. This unit does not have a washer or dryer, but a laundry facility is available at Park Shore Resort for guest use. Park Shore Resort is 30 miles from RSW - Fort Myers International Airport, and the closest exit to I-75 is Exit 107 - Pine Ridge Road.
