Climate is controlled by a newly-installed HVAC. Utility bill average ~$200. You are welcome to share our internet, if it's fast enough for your preferences (AT&T Fiber 1,000mps). The garage is a stand-alone structure, so your deathmetal riverdance routine won't be a problem. We do use the garage below the apartment as a workshop, but the table saw will only wake you up if you have normal hearing. Okay let me try that again: we occasionally use power tools in the garage, but we are nice people and will be conscious of your comfort. Street parking is widely available. We live in the house and can respond to any technical issues with alacrity if not always expertise. We have a cute, friendly, somewhat enthusiastic dog.
