In the elegance of your newly finished apartment and at the doorstep of downtown Greenville, you'll love calling Falls Park Place your home. Renter is responsible for gas, water, trash and sewer. The security deposit will be depending upon credit. Either one month's rent or half a month's rent. The application fee is $75 and the reservation fee is $400. Both have to be paid before application is proceed. There is a 48 hour refund policy. After 48 hours, the reservation fee is forfeited. Our pet policy is a non-refundable $500 and $25/month per pet. Cats and dogs allowed as long as the weight limit does not exceed 60 lbs. Parking is located behind the building at $100/month. If you require more than one parking space, additional spaces in our parking lot a walk down Boggs street is also $100/month. 12-18 month lease term
