Utilities, trash, & wifi included. Neighborhood overview Great location in a quiet neighborhood, close to a great park and less than a mile away from downtown. There is a bus stop right next to the home. Perfect location just minutes from everything you need including the hospital and university. Rooms & beds 1 bedroom, bathroom, livingroom and kitchen 1 - The tenant will have sole use of the lower driveway off Dawnview Court and sole use of the lower porch and BBQ area. 2 - The front yard and fire pit are shared but available for use. Without consent, the tenant will not use the backyard or side driveway (off Crestview). 3 - Tenant's Laundry room also holds the central heat and water heater for the main house. The Landlord may need to access this space from time to time to maintain these systems.
