Zillows estimate is off by a considerable amount due to increased house vales in the neighborhood. We have contacted listing agents and recent comps put the value of the house at $360,000. There is a good size loft on the second floor and a bonus room downstairs approx. 10 x 11 which we use as a home office but could easier be turned into a fourth bedroom with a closet and windows. House also has high 9" ceilings downstairs, mini-blinds, granite counter tops, ceiling fans, decorative light fixtures, and a modern spacious modern kitchen. Small back yard and decent size front yard. House is a corner house at entrance of subdivision and convenient to Highway 29 and I-85. HOA fees are only $300 a year.
