Hot and cold water, sewer, and garbage are included. You will have to pay for the electric and gas for the energy-efficient gas boiler. There is plenty of Street parking. The house is close to the PA and NJ turnpikes, Interstate 295, the light rail, and the bus stop. The apartment is available starting this September or October. It can be shown starting August 8th. The tenant will have to provide a credit report or pay the fee for the landlord to get the report. I am looking for a long term tenant. The minimum lease term will be one year which automatically continually renews for an other year. I prefer a lease term for longer than one year.
