You will have your own room and bathroom! Since my roommates are girls i'm looking for a girl to replace my place please! The monthly payment is 1,169$ without the parking fee. The parking fee is 80$ which i already have reserved the spot in case you'll need it! The deposit fee is 500$ but I'm willing to pay the 500$ and 1 month of the rent since the moving date is soon!
