My family has a 1993 Fleetwood 16x80 Mobile Home. Vinyl sided, with a newer shingle roof. 2x6 walls. A 3 bedroom 2 bathroom, with an updated kitchen. Newer double pane tilt in windows. Central Air. Washer, Dryer, Stove, Refrigerator, and blinds all stay. The refrigerator is only a little over a year old. Currently on rented lot. Lot rent is 225 a month. We are asking 12,000. No land contracts as we are moving out of state. Can remain on lot, or can be moved.
